How long will it take to set up my virtual server account?
-
Your account will be provisioned instantly after signing up and submitting payment.
Once provisioned, you need to complete an automated phone verification process in our control panel in order to deploy your virtual server. The process is fast and easy and you should have your first server up and running within minutes of a successful order.
-
I just signed up, what next?
-
If you've completed our sign-up process (reached the thank you page in our shopping cart.) you will receive two emails within 1-3 minutes. The first contains general information for our service and the second provides instructions on how to set up your new server.
If you have paid and do not receive the emails, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see them you can open a ticket by using the contact us link in the top right of the site. In almost all cases, emails are not received due to filter settings either on the local level or server level.
Alternatively, if your account is approved you can attempt to login to the www.vr.org homepage with the username and password you created during the payment process. If approved you will be logged in and can complete our automated verification process. You then have the ability to instantly provision your new server!
